Q.How do I get the keys to the apartment?

A.Basically upon full payment you will be sent detailed instructions on how to arrive and depart - these will contain a number code which you put into a small safe next to the front door and get your keys. No problems of postage or possible loss of them on your journey.

Q. We are arriving late or on a Sunday - what can we do about groceries?

A. No problem, you can either order a welcome pack or you can visit the small complex supermarket based at the rear which is open until reasonably late in the evening and on Sundays.

Q. Is there somewhere we can do a "big" shop as we arent hiring a car

A. No problem - either walk to the top of the village or grab a cheap taxi 2-3 euros to Transito the ask the checkout girl to deliver - she will give you an estimated time, stroll back to apartment and wait and magically it will appear at your door - ideal for heavy things like wine, beer, water or even food!

Q.Is there a chemist, doctor or dentist in case the worst happens?

A. Yes all details and directions are within the apartment information pack.

Q. What if we have a problem with the apartment whilst we are away?

A. Our manager is based very locally and you will be supplied with her mobile number, in the event, call her she is english & speaks fluent spanish, but please be aware that should the call out be frivolous or considered non essential there will be a call out charge.

Q. Will my mobile work there?

A. Of course there are variances from network and tariff but on the whole yes.

Q. We would like an earlier check in or later check out because of our travel arrangements is this possible?

A. Whenever possible we will try to allow this, obviously it's dependant on whether there are leaving or arriving guests, however if so it may still be possible for a small surcharge to enable extra staff to be drafted in to turn the apartment round faster. Please ask.

Q. What about my security deposit?

A. This is payable when you pay you final balance & held until your departure - as soon as word is received that the apartment has been left in a satisfactory condition, we return a cheque to you as soon as possible.
